Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom

Method

  1. Peel the mushroom like below(to absorb the spices better) full-width
  2. Wash the peeled mushroom in hot water.
  3. Burn the curry powder and chilli powder until they are dark brown.
  4. Add curry powder, chilli powder, pepper, salt and turmeric to mushroom and mix it well. full-width
  5. Clean up and chop the other ingredients as well.(Image contains ingredients for another dish too) full-width
  6. Heat the wok.
  7. Add coconut oil few(2-3) table spoons.
  8. When oil is heated add chopped garlic, pandang leaves, curry leaves.
  9. When garlic is turning to brownish color add chopped red onion.
  10. Stir well and once the mixture is fried enough add green chilli and prepared mushroom.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Add bit of water.
  13. Close the wok.
  14. Let it cook for about 15 minutes(make sure to check periodically it's not being burnt).
