Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients
- Oyster mushroom - 2 packets
- Green chilli - 5
- Red onion - 4
- Pandang leaves
- Curry leaf
- Garlic - 4 pieces
- Curry powder - 1 table spoon
- Chilli powder - 1/2 table spoon
- Pepper powder - 1/4 table spoon
- Salt
- Turmeric - 1/4 table spoon
Method
- Peel the mushroom like below(to absorb the spices better)
- Wash the peeled mushroom in hot water.
- Burn the curry powder and chilli powder until they are dark brown.
- Add curry powder, chilli powder, pepper, salt and turmeric to mushroom and mix it well.
- Clean up and chop the other ingredients as well.(Image contains ingredients for another dish too)
- Heat the wok.
- Add coconut oil few(2-3) table spoons.
- When oil is heated add chopped garlic, pandang leaves, curry leaves.
- When garlic is turning to brownish color add chopped red onion.
- Stir well and once the mixture is fried enough add green chilli and prepared mushroom.
- Mix well.
- Add bit of water.
- Close the wok.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes(make sure to check periodically it's not being burnt).
