Gym Progress after 3 Months
It's being 3 months and 1 week since I started going to gym. For the first 2 months I followed reddit's beginer program for lifters. Then I moved to Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. First tried it for 4 days / week. But found it's too much. Then moved to 2 days / week.
My Curren status of lifting is,
- Bench Press - 35x5, 40x5, 45x5, 35x8x4
- Back Squats - 50x5, 55x5, 60x5, 45x10x5
- Deadlift - 50x5, 55x5, 60x5, 40x10x5
- Overhead Press - 17.5x5, 20x5 25x5, 15x10x5
