Challah Bread

Early this month I made Challah bread (for the first time). Following are the ingredients and process recommended by (my baking instructor) TOM.

Process

  1. Mix all the ingreadients together. Knead it. Leave it for ~2 hours.
  2. Knead the mixture again. Leave it for ~30 min.
  3. Make the structure of bread.
  4. Leave it for ~30 min.

Mine looked like this. full-width

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Bake the bread for ~25 min.
  3. Take the bread out and let it cool in room tempreture.

Final result looked like this. full-width

Apart from having not enough salt, It tasted like bread.
