Pita Bread
Yesterday I made Pita bread (for the first time). Following the guidance of chef TOM.
Ingredients
- 1kg plain flour
 - 600 ml water
 - 12 grams of yeast
 - 35 grams sugar
 - 5 (big) spoons of olive oil
 - 1 (big) spoon salt
 
Process
- Mix the dry ingredients
 - Add water + olive oil to the mix
 - Knead to a ball
 - Leave for at least 1 hour
 - Separate the dough to little balls

 - Role them flat (use dry flour to make it not stick)

 - Leave them for 10 minutes
 - Pre heat the oven to 240 with pan inside (need the pan to be hot in order to burn the sides of pita)
 - Place the flatted dough in the pan for 2-3 min (until they puff up)
 - Flip the flatted dough and leave it for another 1-2 min
 - Enjoy the pita bread !!!
